A social studies original project. Being the one and only copy editor, my role was simple. I had to caption all 18 minutes of the documentary. Doing this was no easy task. My original plan was to use A.I. to auto-caption everything and then edit the mistakes it made as I went along. However, the final product turned out very low quality due to the editing software not being able to export. My second plan was more tedious, but would ultimately end with a better final product. I decided to caption everything using Clipchamp; a free editing software and captioned everything by hand(not literally). In the end, I was very proud of it and I believe I played my part as expected.
